 Fermentables:
  • 9.5 lbs. American Two-Row
  • 2 lbs. Munich Malt
  • 0.8 lbs. Crystal 80L
  • 0.8 lbs. CaraPils
Hops:
  •  0.75 oz. Northern Brewer (60 min)
  • 1 oz. Fuggles (30 min)
Additions:
  • 2 Large Cans Pumpkin Mix ~30 oz (90 min)
  • 1.5 tsp Allspice (10 min)
  • 2.5 tsp Cinnamon (10 min)
  • 1.5 tsp Nutmeg (10 min)
Yeast:
  • American Ale
Mash at  153 degrees. Boil for 90 min.

OG: 1.069
FG: 1.017
IBU: 35.8
Alcohol: 6.9%
