Each recipe assumes a 5 gallon batch and 75% mash efficiency.

Stouts
Oatmeal Stout

  • 8 lbs. Two Row
  • 1 lb. Flaked Oats
  • 1 lb. Crystal 80L
  • 10 oz. Victory Malt
  • 9 oz. Roasted Barley
  • 8 oz. Chocolate Malt

  • 1.5 oz. Cascade (60 min)
  • 0.5 oz. Cascade (5 min)

  • Irish Ale Yeast

Mash at 152 °F

OG = 1.064
FG = 1.017
IBU = 36
SRM = 33
ABV = 6.3%
