Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA

  • 16.5 lbs. Pilsner Malt
  • 1.66 lbs. Amber Malt

  • 2 oz. Amarillo Hops (90-0 min)
  • 0.62 oz. Simcoe Hops (90-0 min)
  • 0.53 oz. Warrior Hops (90-0 min)
  • 1 oz. Amarillo Hops (Dry Hop Secondary 3-5 Days)
  • 0.5 oz. Simcoe Hops (Dry Hop Secondary 3-5 Days)
  • 0.5 oz. Warrior Hops (Dry Hop Secondary 3-5 Days)

  • Wyeast 1099 Whitbread yeast

Mash starting at 122 °F and raise to 149 °F for a total of 1 hour.
Boil for 105 minutes adding hops continuously starting at 90 minutes.

OG = 1.088
FG = 1.021
IBU = 90
SRM = 13
ABV = 8.7%
