  • 2 lbs. Rice Syrup
  • 0.25 oz. Simcoe (60 min)
  • 0.5 lbs. Hawthorn Berry Powder
  • 3 lbs. Orange Blossom Honey

  • 1 lb. Alexander's Muscat grape juice

  • Sake Yeast

Mash grains at 149 F for 30 min. Sparge with 170 F water.
Add rice syrup once boil kettle is full.
Boil 15 min.
Add hops and boil 60 min.
Add honey and berry powder once heat is turned off.
Add Muscat grape juice when fermentation subsides.
Cold condition for 21 days.
