  • 0.5 lb. Victory Malt
  • 6 oz. Honey Malt

  • 1 oz. Magnum (60 min)
  • 0.75 oz. Fuggle (30 min)
  • 0.5 oz. E.K. Golding (20 min)
  • 1 oz. Cascade (3 min)
  • 2 oz Amarillo (Dry Hop after fermentation 4 days)
 
  • California Ale Yeast

Mash at 155 F for 60 min
Boil for 90 min

OG = 1.054
FG = 1.013
IBU = 45
ABV = 5.2%
